The
mobile kitchen is a fully equipped commercial kitchen, fitted within
a semi-trailer with the following features:
- Hydraullically operated fold out sides that create an increased
covered floor, fully enclosed preparation and serving area.
- Self-contained electric power.
- On board hot water service; the trailer carries 300 litres
of water and 600 litres sullage capacity.
- Gas stoves, ovens, commercial dishwasher and commercial refrigeration.
- Deep fryers
- Gas plates
- Salamanders
- Wok burners
- Meat slicer
- Commercial dishwasher
- Appropriate food storage facilities
The trailer can be transported by the Prime Mover supplied by the
National Industrial Skills Training Centre (at a cost), a business
division of Wodonga Institute of TAFE, or alternatively transportation
and erection can be organised for a reasonable charge.
